JaNell Fleming, Pianist

JaNell joined the Latta Cumberland Presbyterian Church (now Covenant) on Easter Sunday, 1957. For most of those years, she has played one of the musical instruments for either the children or the worship services. Beginning at the age of six, she was trained in classical music by Mabel Crabtree. While a senior in high school, she began learning to play the organ from Hazel Bunch, who was at that time the church organist.

JaNell has one daughter, Tonya Sanders who is married to Rick. They have three children. JaNell is a retired public school teacher. JaNell considers praising God through music a large blessing in her life.
